Taylor Made Building Solutions, LLC specializes in the sustainable building of custom homes, remodels, office construction, and medical and warehouse facilities. Our goal is to provide superior service to our valued customers through honesty, timeliness, quality, and safety. We are proud to offer fixed-fee contracts and one-stop services which include site evaluation, in-house design service and consulting, estimating, and project management. Previous and current customers include developers, banking and medical institutions, architects, designers and warehouse users. We have some of the most talented individuals with over fifty combined years of industry experience ready to help you build the home of your dreams.
Greg Anderson started Taylor Made Solutions because he felt there was a need to build more responsibly. Greg started in building when he was in his early teens working with his father’s concrete contracting business. After graduating from college with a BS in Wildlife Management (all the while working with his father at each break), Greg worked for a general contractor in the Monterey-Santa Cruz area honing his skills in carpentry as well as concrete work. In 1991, Greg started his own general contracting business, with an affinity towards high end homes and remodels. After 14 successful years in business, Greg and his family moved to Bend to enjoy all the great environmental and outdoor opportunities Central Oregon has to offer. With his background in wildlife management and construction, Greg has a keen awareness of the need to balance future construction practices. In the summer of 2008, Greg graduated from the Sustainable Building Advisor course offered through COCC and is now a Nationally Certified Sustainable Building Advisor.
